How to buy additional coins and manage your credit balance

Monthly Coin Allocation
Each subscription plan includes a monthly coin allocation that resets at the start of each billing cycle:

Top-Up Packs
If you run out of coins before your next billing cycle, you can purchase additional coins through top-up packs. Top-up packs are available on Creator, Pro, and Studio plans.
To purchase a top-up:
- Go to Credits in your account.
- Click Buy Credits.
- Choose a pack size.
- Complete the purchase.
Coins from top-up packs are added to your balance immediately.
Payment Methods
Flenly supports multiple payment providers:
- Stripe — Credit/debit cards
- PayPal — PayPal balance or linked accounts
- LemonSqueezy — Additional payment options
- DodoPayments — Regional payment methods
Checking Your Balance
Your current coin balance is visible:
- On the dashboard
- In the project editor (before rendering)
- On the Credits page
Transaction History
View a complete log of all credit transactions in Credits > History. Each entry shows:
- Transaction type (credit added, debit used, expired)
- Amount
- Date
- Related render or purchase details
Unused Coins
Coins from your monthly allocation expire at the end of your billing cycle. Top-up coins may have different expiration terms. Check your transaction history for expiration dates.
