Render Settings
Before rendering a scene, you can configure several settings that affect the output quality, length, and cost.
Duration
How long the generated video will be. Available durations depend on the model:
- Discrete options — Most models offer fixed choices (e.g., 4, 6, 8 seconds).
- Slider — Seedance 1.5 Pro lets you pick any duration from 2 to 12 seconds.
- Extended — LTX-2 Fast supports up to 20 seconds.
Longer videos cost more credits (proportionally for per-second models).
Resolution
The output video quality. Options vary by model:
| Resolution | Pixel Count | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 360p | Low | PixVerse only, cheapest option |
| 540p | Medium | PixVerse only |
| 720p | HD | Available on most models |
| 768p | HD | Hailuo models only |
| 1080p | Full HD | Available on most models |
| 2K | Quad HD | LTX-2 models only |
| 4K | Ultra HD | LTX-2 models only |
Higher resolutions cost more credits per second.
Aspect Ratio
Controls the shape of the video frame:
| Ratio | Use Case |
|---|---|
| 16:9 | Widescreen (YouTube, presentations) |
| 9:16 | Vertical (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) |
| 1:1 | Square (Instagram, social posts) |
| 4:3 | Classic TV format |
| 3:4 | Portrait |
| 21:9 | Ultra-wide / cinematic |
| 9:21 | Ultra-tall vertical |
Negative Prompt
Describe what you want the AI to avoid. This helps steer the output away from common artifacts:
blurry, low quality, distorted, text, watermark, jittery, flickering
Seed
An optional number that controls randomness. Using the same seed with the same prompt and settings will produce a similar result. Useful for:
- Reproducing a result you liked
- Making small prompt adjustments while keeping the overall composition
Leave it blank for a random seed each time.
Start Image
Some models accept a reference image as the starting point for the video. This is useful for:
- Image-to-video — Animate a still photo (required for Wan 2.6 I2V and Hailuo 2.3 Fast)
- Scene continuity — Use the last frame of a previous scene as the start image
You can upload images from your Asset Library or use images extracted automatically from previous scenes.
Cost Preview
Before confirming a render, Flenly shows you the exact coin cost based on your selected model, duration, resolution, and audio settings. Credits are deducted when you click render, and automatically refunded if the render fails.
